Our goal to provide 100% satisfaction with any item purchased on our website. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us, we will gladly exchange your item for one of equal value after the purchase is returned to LA MAISON REBELLE in the same condition as when it was sold.
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
We do not accept cancellations.
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns on the following:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Limited edition photography and artwork
- Items on sale
Conditions for exchange:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
